Disclaimer

Please note that you the customer are buying a vintage watch and that this carries a risk. Unless serviced by us it is in many cases unknown what the previous owner has done with the watch. Do not forget that a watch is actually an engine (even quartz movements) that runs 24 hours a day and may need service. Do not take vintage watches showering, swimming or sporting unless tested and certified by a watchmaker. Unless this fact is specifically mentioned in the invoice or the online service description, according to the terms of the Return & refund policy Vintageseiko.nl is not liable for damages due to inappropriate use after the watch has been delivered and/or received. Any reduction in value as a result is deducted from any refunds if the return policy is invoked. 

Payments

Payments can be made using the link provided or the online shopping basket. Bank transfer is possible too, just ask.

Shipping

Next day shipping (working days) - tracked, registered and insured. We know you are impatient, so make sure to be home because you will need to sign for delivery. Shipping fees are calculated using the shopping basket (Eurozone 25 euro, worldwide 40 euro). We baby our watches so don't worry about packaging and condition.

Reservation policy

Reserve your dream vintage Seiko with our flexible subscription service! For a minimum monthly payment of €25 or €50, we’ll secure a watch of your choice exclusively for you. There’s no obligation to complete the purchase, but please note that all paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Start reserving your perfect timepiece today and take your time deciding and even choose another watch in stock anytime!

Return policy

After receiving your watch you can take two days to evaluate whether the watch matches the description .. we can extend this period and/or discuss horological measures, but will accept no buyer's remorse or returns afterwards or indeed return shipments without preamble as we need the money to source the next great watch! 

Returning your purchase to the webstore is at your own expense. To exercise your right, you must first contact us via the contact form. We will then transfer the amount due to your account in accordance with the stated refund policy within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order. 

According to the return policy the product with all accessories supplied must be returned in the original condition in adequate packaging.

You may also open a Paypal dispute (if applicable) if you didn’t receive your watch or if it doesn’t match the description - pictures in the webstore are part of the description... In case of a legal and valid claim you will be refunded according to policy.  

Refund policy

When applicable deducted from your refund are: 

  • Damages to the product, i.e. loss of value to the product.

  • A restocking fee of 4% of the original amount paid when paypal commercial transactions was used, i.e. the original PayPal fees, incoming (sadly this is necessary for PayPal has updated their policies to perform a money grab during an economical crises - confiscating said PayPal fees when refunding).

  • A restocking fee of no more than the original shipping fee when paypal friends or bank transfer was used. VintageseikoNL is easy going and fair dealings are what defines us. Gentlemen only!

  • A restocking fee covering any import duties incurred by a watch returned..

Exclusions

Newspapers, magazines or magazines are excluded by law.
